Note: you will need Halloween cutters for this recipe.
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Grease three large baking sheets with two tablespoons of olive oil.
- Peel and slice the sweetpotatoes lengthwise into 3mm slices and use your Halloween cutters to cut out the eyes and mouth for each slice.
- Place the slices onto the greased baking sheet in a single layer, rubbing them gently into the oil, then turn them over.
- Sprinkle lightly with sea salt and bake for 30 minutes, or until tender, and serve.
