Air fryer Hasselback Sweetpotatoes

Ingredients for 4 portions

4 large sweetpotatoes
4 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian herbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Directions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°c.
  2. Cut the sweetpotatoes into 3-5 mm thick fan-like slices leaving some space along the flat edge at the bottom. Then, in a mixing bowl, mix all remaining ingredients.
  3. Cook the sweetpotatoes for 5 minutes.
  4. Open the air fryer and apply the seasoning mixture with a brush in between the slices and on the top of the sweetpotatoes.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for an additional 20 minutes and serve.
